The CPC ChemQuik CQH06 series is a fitting made from virgin PP. It is 100% metal-free and features automatic shut-off valves on both sides of the fitting. Additionally, it has a rotary mechanism that provides a click sound to indicate a secure connection. It is suitable for handling high-purity chemicals, highly corrosive chemicals, pure water, and certain photoresists. No oil is used on the O-rings. The internal spring is made of PEEK, and the O-rings are made of Chemraz (Perfluoro). It is more cost-effective compared to traditional fluoropolymer and PVDF products (compared to our products). Options for Hastelloy springs and Teflon-coated stainless steel springs are also available. There is also a ChemQuik CQV06 series made from PVDF material.
